Outlook express 6 English version
In the menu of Outlook Express, go to: 

• Tools 
• Accounts
• Mail tab
• Click on add mail on the top right hand corner.
• Here you must fill in your display name. The person that recieves your mail will then see your display name. 
• Click on next
• Fill in your email address here, ie
  piet@plant.nl en click Next
• Here you have to setup the pop 3 and smpt server:
  pop3 server: mail.plant.nl
  smtp server: smtp.plant.nl (if your e-mail runs by means of PLANT)
• Click on Next
• Here you must fill in your account name and password that your service provider has provided you with
  (username & password)
• Click on Next 
  
  Congratulations, your email account is set up.
